McLaren under specified the air flow the brakes. This overheated the exit ductwork around the disc. In testing the added a larger exit duct and a metal duct to cool the duct!
This outer duct has been made even larger. Fabricated from titanium sheet for speed. The inlet scoop is bigger as well.
